How Does It Work?
STEP 1 - INQUIRY
STEP 2 - FOLLOW UP
A Paraiba International representative will contact you within 12-24 hours or sooner to follow-up and gather more information about your specific ideas, if necessary
STEP 3 - QUOTE & PAYMENT
A quote link will be provided based on the custom specifications per your request. It will reflect the price of material (precious metals and precious gem stones) and custom labor (design, cast, polish, set, finish, and quality check) needed for the creation and production of the piece. If you are satisfied with the quote, then you can use the link to pay for the custom work.
STEP 4 - DESIGN & PRODUCTION
We will plan, create, and design your idea with the jewelry industry's state-of-the-art computer aided design (CAD) software to ensure that all measurements are accurate and to your specifications. We will then send you virtual images of your jewelry for your approval. If you'd like to make changes, let us know and we will modify the design and then send you new virtual images. You can make as many revisions as you'd like. Manufacturing will begin immediately once the design is approved. This process typically takes up to 2 weeks depending on the scope of the job.
STEP 5 - SHIPMENT
Upon completion of our quality inspections, we will ship you the finished piece of jewelry. A tracking number will be provided to you. Enjoy!
